De oplevering van Magna is gepland voor 2029. Het project bevindt zich momenteel in de prelaunch-fase; inschrijving is mogelijk via de prijslijst van de ontwikkelaar.
De standaardregeling is: €11.000 reserveringsvergoeding (incl. BTW), 20% bij het ondertekenen van de koopovereenkomst, 10% verdeeld tijdens de bouw, en 70% bij sleuteloverdracht. Alle aanbetalingen zijn gedekt door een Spaanse bankgarantie conform wet 20/2015.
