The plan is: €12,000 reservation, 20% on private contract, 10% interim payment, 10% before delivery, and 60% on key handover. All payments are protected by guarantees under Spanish law.

Yes. The 10,000 m² communal estate with infinity pool, gym and co-working, combined with the New Golden Mile location close to La Resina Golf Club, fits the rental profile on the Costa del Sol well. Vivi manages 160 homes in the area and can model expected occupancy and nightly rates per unit type.

Budget around 13–14% on top of the purchase price: 10% VAT (IVA), 1.2% stamp duty (AJD), and 2–3% for notary, land registry, legal advice and NIE application. Vivi prepares a detailed cost breakdown per unit on request.

Spanish banks typically finance non-residents up to 60–70% of the appraised value, with terms up to 25 years. Current rates run between 3.5% and 4.5%. Vivi works with an independent mortgage advisor and introduces you to multiple banks.

The personal data is collected and managed by Vivi Real Estate in order to facilitate, expedite and fulfill the commitments established between the Website and the User or the maintenance of the relationship established in the forms that the latter completes or to answer a request or inquiry. Periods of retention of personal data

The personal data will only be retained for the minimum time necessary for the purposes of its treatment and, in any case, only until the end of the deal with the client, or until the User requests his/her deletion.
