Torre Biznaga is developed by BIZNAGA and designed by Alberro Arquitectos in Fuengirola. The 35 homes include 2 and 3-bedroom apartments and duplex Sky Villas on the upper floors, with a private Jacuzzi terrace and direct access to the rooftop infinity pool. All kitchens come fully equipped with Siemens appliances. Bathrooms feature Grohe built-in taps in copper finish and Cifre Cerámica Norwich Sand tiling. Plan for around 13–14% on top of the purchase price for new builds: 10% VAT (IVA), 1.2% stamp duty (AJD), and 2–3% for notary, registry, legal advice and NIE application. Vivi prepares a detailed cost calculation per unit on request.

Spanish banks typically finance non-residents up to 60–70% of the appraised value, with terms up to 25 years. Current rates run between 3.5% and 4.5%. Vivi works with an independent mortgage advisor and introduces you to multiple banks.
