Delivery is planned for the fourth quarter of 2028. The project is now selling; available homes follow the developer's price list.

You reserve with € 50,000, then pay 30% on the sales contract (after the building permit is notified), 10% on completion of the foundation, 10% on completion of the structure and 50% on the public deed. All down payments are covered by a Spanish bank guarantee under law 20/2015.

Yes. Sea views, the private lift, the solarium with jacuzzi and the wellness centre fit the premium rental profile well. Vivi manages 160 homes on the Costa del Sol and can model expected occupancy and nightly rates per unit type.

Plan for around 13–14% on top of the purchase price for new builds: 10% VAT (IVA), 1.2% stamp duty (AJD), and 2–3% for notary, registry, legal advice and NIE application. Vivi prepares a detailed cost calculation per unit on request.

Spanish banks typically finance non-residents up to 60–70% of the appraised value, with terms up to 25 years. Current rates run between 3.5% and 4.5%. Vivi works with an independent mortgage advisor and introduces you to multiple banks.

The personal data is collected and managed by Vivi Real Estate in order to facilitate, expedite and fulfill the commitments established between the Website and the User or the maintenance of the relationship established in the forms that the latter completes or to answer a request or inquiry. Periods of retention of personal data

The personal data will only be retained for the minimum time necessary for the purposes of its treatment and, in any case, only until the end of the deal with the client, or until the User requests his/her deletion.
