Construction has started and delivery is planned for 2028. The project is in active sales.

The standard plan is 30% on reservation (split across reservation, 1st and 2nd instalments) and 70% on key handover. All down payments are covered by a Spanish bank guarantee under law 20/2015.

The location 5 minutes from La Cala Beach, directly next to Cerrado del Aguila Golf and 20 minutes from Málaga airport, combined with resort amenities including a gastro-bar, spa and pools, fits the rental profile well. Vivi manages 160 homes in the area and can model expected occupancy and nightly rates per unit type.

Plan for around 13–14% on top of the purchase price for new builds: 10% VAT (IVA), 1.2% stamp duty (AJD), and 2–3% for notary, registry, legal advice and NIE application. Vivi prepares a detailed cost calculation per unit on request.

Spanish banks typically finance non-residents up to 60–70% of the appraised value, with terms up to 25 years. Current rates run between 3.5% and 4.5%. Vivi works with an independent mortgage advisor and introduces you to multiple banks.

The personal data is collected and managed by Vivi Real Estate in order to facilitate, expedite and fulfill the commitments established between the Website and the User or the maintenance of the relationship established in the forms that the latter completes or to answer a request or inquiry. Periods of retention of personal data

The personal data will only be retained for the minimum time necessary for the purposes of its treatment and, in any case, only until the end of the deal with the client, or until the User requests his/her deletion.
