De oplevering is gepland voor het eerste kwartaal van 2028. Alcántara del Mar is in prelaunch — de eerste appartementen zijn nu beschikbaar volgens de prijslijst van de ontwikkelaar, voordat de bredere verkoop opent.
Je reserveert met 3% van de koopprijs, betaalt 27% bij het koopcontract (of bij verlening van de bouwvergunning), 20% na 6 maanden en de resterende 50% bij oplevering. Op alle termijnen komt 10% BTW (IVA). Alle aanbetalingen zijn gedekt door een Spaanse bankgarantie conform wet 20/2015.
