De standaardregeling is 30% bij reservering (verdeeld over reservering, 1e en 2e termijn) en 70% bij sleuteloverdracht. Alle aanbetalingen zijn door een Spaanse bankgarantie gedekt conform wet 20/2015.
De amenities van The Kove — spa, zwembaden en pool bar — en de ligging in Mijas passen goed bij het profiel voor kortetermijnverhuur op de Costa del Sol. Vivi kan bezettingsgraden en nachtprijzen per unit-type doorrekenen.
