Delivery is planned for the first quarter of 2028. Omnia is in pre-launch — the first homes are now available per the developer's price list, ahead of the wider sales release.

You reserve with € 6,000, pay 30% on signing the private purchase contract and the remaining 70% on completion. All down payments are covered by a Spanish bank guarantee under law 20/2015.

Yes. The gated setup, resort amenities and New Golden Mile location fit the rental profile well. Vivi manages 160 homes on the Costa del Sol and can model expected occupancy and nightly rates per unit type.

Plan for around 13–14% on top of the purchase price for new builds: 10% VAT (IVA), 1.2% stamp duty (AJD), and 2–3% for notary, registry, legal advice and NIE application. Vivi prepares a detailed cost calculation per unit on request.

Spanish banks typically finance non-residents up to 60–70% of the appraised value, with terms up to 25 years. Current rates run between 3.5% and 4.5%. Vivi works with an independent mortgage advisor and introduces you to multiple banks.

The personal data collected by Vivi Real Estate, by means of the forms extended on its pages, will be entered in an automated file under the responsibility of the Data Controller, and duly declared and registered in the General Registry of the Data Protection Agency, in order to facilitate, expedite and meet the commitments established between Vivi Real Estate and the User.

The processing of the User's personal data will be subject to the following principles set forth in article 5 of the RGPD:

Categories of personal data

The categories of data that are treated in Vivi Real Estate are only identifying data. In no case are special categories of personal data treated in the sense of article 9 of the RGPD.

Legal basis for the processing of personal data

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is consent. Vivi Real Estate is committed to collect the express and verifiable consent of the User for the processing of their personal data. The User shall have the right to withdraw consent at any time.

Purpose of the treatment to which personal data are intended

The personal data is collected and managed by Vivi Real Estate in order to facilitate, expedite and fulfill the commitments established between the Website and the User or the maintenance of the relationship established in the forms that the latter completes or to answer a request or inquiry. Likewise, the data may be used for commercial, operational and statistical purposes.

Periods of retention of personal data

The personal data will only be retained for the minimum time necessary for the purposes of its treatment and, in any case, only until the end of the deal with the client, or until the User requests his/her deletion.

Personal data of minors

Only those over 14 years of age may grant their consent for the processing of their personal data in a lawful manner by Vivi Real Estate. If it is a child under 14 years, the consent of the parents or guardians will be necessary for the treatment.

Secret and security of personal data

Vivi Real Estate is committed to adopt the necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security of personal data and to avoid the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss or alteration of personal data transmitted, conserved or otherwise processed, or unauthorized communication or access to said data.
