Origin is developed in Urb. Altos de los Monteros, Marbella, as a private collection of 57 homes with 1 to 3 bedrooms. Interiors measure 83 to 120 m², with large terraces and rooftop hot tubs on the penthouses. Every home has underfloor heating, a heat pump for hot water, zoned HVAC via Airzone, fibre optic and its own Wi-Fi access point. The Custom Manager service lets you personalise the finishes to your taste.

Sustainable engineering

A heat pump delivers hot water and climate without gas, with underfloor heating throughout and zoned HVAC via Airzone. The pools run on salt chlorination without chemicals, and every home is pre-wired for an electric-vehicle charger.

You reserve with € 20,000, pay 20% on the private purchase contract (60 days after reservation), then two instalments of 10% (at 6 and 12 months) and the remaining 60% on the title deed and completion. All down payments are covered by a Spanish bank guarantee under law 20/2015.

Plan for around 13–14% on top of the purchase price for new builds: 10% VAT (IVA), 1.2% stamp duty (AJD), and 2–3% for notary, registry, legal advice and NIE application. Vivi prepares a detailed cost calculation per unit on request.

The categories of data that are treated in Vivi Real Estate are only identifying data. In no case are special categories of personal data treated in the sense of article 9 of the RGPD.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is consent. Vivi Real Estate is committed to collect the express and verifiable consent of the User for the processing of their personal data. The User shall have the right to withdraw consent at any time.

Purpose of the treatment to which personal data are intended

The personal data is collected and managed by Vivi Real Estate in order to facilitate, expedite and fulfill the commitments established between the Website and the User or the maintenance of the relationship established in the forms that the latter completes or to answer a request or inquiry. Likewise, the data may be used for commercial, operational and statistical purposes.

Periods of retention of personal data

The personal data will only be retained for the minimum time necessary for the purposes of its treatment and, in any case, only until the end of the deal with the client, or until the User requests his/her deletion.

Personal data of minors

Only those over 14 years of age may grant their consent for the processing of their personal data in a lawful manner by Vivi Real Estate. If it is a child under 14 years, the consent of the parents or guardians will be necessary for the treatment.
