De oplevering is gepland voor 2027. Origin is in actieve verkoop; de beschikbare woningen volgen de prijslijst van de ontwikkelaar.
Je reserveert met € 20.000, betaalt 20% bij het privé koopcontract (60 dagen na reservering), daarna twee termijnen van 10% (6 en 12 maanden later) en de resterende 60% bij de notariële akte en oplevering. Alle aanbetalingen zijn gedekt door een Spaanse bankgarantie conform wet 20/2015.

Spaanse banken financieren voor niet-residenten doorgaans tot 60–70% van de taxatiewaarde, met looptijden tot 25 jaar. Rentetarieven liggen op dit moment tussen 3,5% en 4,5%. Vivi werkt samen met een onafhankelijke hypotheekadviseur en stelt je voor aan meerdere banken.
