At ViVi Holiday Homes S.L., founded in 2019 as a family project on the Costa del Sol, we have grown while staying true to our original purpose: offering every guest the chance to experience the Costa del Sol as if it were their own home, giving every property owner peace of mind through professional and personal management, and guiding every buyer and seller with reliable real estate advice.

We operate under two brands: ViVi Homes, for short and long term rental management, and ViVi Real Estate, for property sales and investment.

Our mission is to combine local hospitality with efficient management and real estate expertise, creating memorable experiences for travellers, sustainable value for property owners, and confidence for buyers, sellers and other stakeholders.

To achieve this, we maintain a Quality Management System certified to ISO 9001:2015, covering both ViVi Homes and ViVi Real Estate, rigorously meeting our customers’ requirements and applicable legislation, and continuously improving our processes.
