Hi, I’m Miranda Geutjes. I’ve worked in real estate on the Costa del Sol for over 35 years, helping
people from all over the world find their dream home. Originally from the Netherlands, I speak
Dutch, English, and Spanish, and I’m known for offering honest, personal, and dedicated service. Real
estate is my passion and so is making my clients feel confident and cared for.

I’m a dedicated, passionate, and approachable person who truly enjoys connecting
with people. I believe in building trust through honesty, empathy, and clear
communication — especially when it comes to something as important as finding a new home.

With my experience, I have learned how to switch every conversation into a positive one. My goal is
to make our clients feel heard and lay-out their wishes as clear as possible for the agent to find their
dream property.

My passion is to help connect clients with the right agent and make sure their journey with us starts
off as smooth as possible.

I am passionate about people and building meaningful social relationships. Clear, direct, affectionate, and deeply empathetic, I try to bring tireless energy to everything I do. I’m passionate about transparency, long-term relationships, and creating real value through
property. After working in the financial sector in the Netherlands and at the Dutch Embassy in
Madrid, I followed my passion and started my own business in 2016, helping people achieve their
dream of owning a home on the Costa del Sol. I love meeting people from all over the world, sharing
ideas, and building lasting connections. I speak fluent Spanish and truly enjoy what I do every day

I came to Spain out of curiosity for a different rhythm and way of life. What started as an open door became a passion for real estate and the people behind it. I help buyers and investors with clear numbers, realistic expectations, and personal contact. No predictable or misleading talk, just transparent communication and long-term relationships.

My work is mainly done on the rental side of your investment. My goal is to create longterm
relationships with people and ensure the best experience for both you as the owner, as the guests
who will be staying in your property

Having fallen in love with Spain, I got passionate about its growing real estate market and investment
opportunities. I enjoy seeing our company grow and constantly try to find new ways to innovate.

Working in Finance, I enjoy numbers and presenting them to our clients in a way that is clear and
concise. Transparancy and understanding is very important to me.

Having started at the company in Finance, I was quickly intrigued with real estate as well. I am now
excited to be the main point of contact for our South American clients and helping them realize their
investments on the Costa del Sol.
